1. Services

Goodfellas Hauling provides junk removal, hauling, tree removal, stump grinding, yard cleanup, estate cleanouts, and construction site cleanup services for residential and commercial customers. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and on-site conditions at the time of work. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason permitted by law, including safety concerns, hazardous materials, inaccessible sites, or any condition we determine could put our crew, your property, or others at risk.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates and quotes are non-binding unless we have provided them in writing and you have accepted them in writing. The final price for any project may vary based on the actual scope of work, materials encountered, site conditions, accessibility, weight or volume of items, disposal fees, and any unforeseen issues that arise during the work. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described or shown in photos at the time of the quote, we will discuss any pricing adjustments with you before proceeding.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. All payments are handled outside the website, directly between you and Goodfellas Hauling. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay for completed services may result in lawful collection actions, including reporting to collection agencies and pursuing remedies available under California law. You are responsible for all reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys' fees and court costs where permitted by law.

4. Appointments and Access

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time. This includes:

• Securing pets in a separate area away from the work site
• Identifying and disclosing any hazards on the property, including unstable structures, wasps or hornets, exposed wiring, or other dangers
• Confirming that we have permission to access the property and perform the work
• Removing personal items you wish to keep from any area being cleaned out
• Securing valuables before our crew arrives

If we cannot safely access the site at the scheduled time, or if conditions on site differ from what was described, we may need to reschedule or adjust the project scope and pricing. Cancellation or rescheduling terms will be discussed with you at the time of booking.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

If you provide your phone number, you may receive SMS messages from us. The following terms apply:

• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
• You may receive both service-related messages (such as appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and quote follow-ups) and marketing or promotional messages, where you have provided express written consent for the latter.
• To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

• Message frequency varies depending on your project and communications with us.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
